Meet Maya Danks

Hi!

Hello there! My name is Maya, and I am a huge animal lover, born and raised here in Milwaukee. I studied Theatre at the University of MN and have been living and working here in Milwaukee as an actor/director since 2017.

I grew up with a siamese cat and an Australian cattle dog as pets. I remember taking our dog to the park with my mom and helping train him. They were the best companions, and though I don’t have the time and space to have pets currently, I’m always seeking out ways to have animals in my life. I have lived with roommates that have cats and dogs, including a diabetic cat that I regularly helped administer medication for. I have often pet sit for family and friends when they are out of town.

Outside of theatre work I love to read, cook creative new recipes, play board games with friends, and raise my small yet mighty vegetable garden.

I take great pride in being communicative, adaptable, and empathetic. I look forward to connecting with you and giving your pets the kind of care that will give you peace of mind!
